Former ‘N Sync boy band member Lance Bass is getting married on Saturday, December 20 to his fiancé Michael Turchin. This week they had a bachelor party at a West Hollywood gay club, The Abbey. Like that penis-themed party, the Bass-Turchin wedding will be well documented, too. Their big day will be filmed for an E! special that will air on February 5, 2015 at 8pm. The 90 minute show will be “the first American television broadcast of a celebrity marriage between two men.”
Bass told People magazine that all the ‘N Sync members have been invited, but there will not be a musical reunion. “I doubt we’ll be performing ‘Bye Bye Bye,’” he explained. “I think it’s a little cheesy if I sing at all at my wedding.”
