I Kissed a Girl singer Katy Perry has dyed her hair yet again. This time it’s a rusted red, or plum. People can’t help but compare the shade to the 2015 Pantone Color of the Year, Marsala. Did the color experts pay Perry to dye her hair and endorse the company? Perry has joked before about being a “walking Pantone color book.”
