Actress/singer Kristen Bell (Veronica Mars, House of Lies, Forgetting Sarah Marshall) was asked by media mogul Ryan Seacrest (American Idol, Keeping Up With the Kardashians) to sing a song with his a cappella group Straight No Chaser. The 10-person group formed in 1996 on the campus of Indiana University, and Bell sings Text Me Merry Christmas, a witty take on the traditional holiday song, that RyanSeacrest.com is exclusively premiering. “This holiday / You’ll be far away /And I’ll be all alone,” Bell sings at the start of the song. “So please remember / This December / To fully charge your phone.”
Bell has provided voices for a variety of projects including Lucy Stillman in the Assassin’s Creed video game and Princess Anna in the Disney animated film Frozen. Maybe you heard of it?
