Reality TV star Dean McDermott of True Tori, named after his wife Tori Spelling, told E! News that he’s done with the show (True Tori). It’s no surprise. This summer, McDermott was caught cheating with another woman and the paparazzi couldn’t get enough. His marital problems are the focal point of True Tori, where the couple has their couple therapy sessions filmed. Tori let it slip that Dean was at one point suicidal.
On the next True Tori episode, which airs Tuesday, November 25, Dean complains that the whole season of the show has been about him “being bad. Me bad. All about me being bad.” Dean doesn’t think the show is worth it. But if Tori doesn’t do the show (the show is filmed almost entirely in their family home), then one of them needs to find another job, and (according to Dean) no one in Hollywood is knocking on his door these days. There’s also Dean’s sobriety to consider. He’s not going to AA meetings as he knows he should. Would living without Tori and the kids hurt or help Dean in moving on with his life?
