Actress Cameron Diaz (Sex Tape, Bad Teacher) hosted Saturday Night Live on November 22 and the show started off on the wrong foot. She spent her three-minute monologue answering intentionally dumb questions from ‘the audience.’ According to Entertainment Weekly, “Sadly, it was not funny – or even entertaining.”
So what did work for host Diaz? Like her former boyfriend Justin Timberlake, Diaz does best in musical skits. With the female cast of SNL, Diaz’s performs a rap music video called Back Home Ballers about lady-ballers returning home for the holidays. It’s hilarious but Diaz doesn’t steal the scene, SNL member Aidy Bryant does.
