The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss was criminally charged with disturbing the peace by loud noise, a misdemeanor. Fleiss is charged with “willfully, unlawfully, and maliciously disturbing” former Baywatch actor David Charvet and his wife, former Dancing with the Stars host Brooke Burke-Charvet.
Fleiss and the Charvets are neighbors in Malibu. TMZ reports that “Fleiss initiated a campaign of terror and harassment” against Charvet and Burke, while The Hollywood Reporter says, “Charvet has two constantly barking German Shepherds who are disturbing the whole neighborhood.” Maybe it isn’t the incessant dog barking that’s driving Fleiss over the edge. Maybe it’s the ghost of Mel Gibson. Fleiss bought his home from ‘Mad Max’ in 2012, not too long after Gibson’s infamous profane rants.
