The X-Men director Bryan Singer and his best friend of 25 years Michelle Clunie are expecting a child. Singer’s rep said “They’ve been planning this baby for years and have been trying for the last two.” Mother and father will co-parent the child. Although Clunie was his first serious relationship when he was 23 years old, they are not romantically involved now. In June, Singer revealed in Out magazine that “I’m quite bisexual.”
It was in 2002 when the gay fictional character Will Truman of Will & Grace asked his longtime BFF Grace to have a baby with him. Typical Grace, she agreed to it and then changed her mind when she found Mr. Right – Leo played by Harry Connick, Jr. It’s they who had a baby together, to the dismay of many Will & Grace fans. As Samantha Highfill of Entertainment Weekly wrote after watching the show’s finale, “The series is called Will & Grace, not Will and his family & Grace and her family.”
