Reality TV star Bethenny Frankel is returning to the show that made her famous, Real Housewives of New York. Since leaving the show, she got married, had a baby, built an empire with her Skinnygirl brand, got divorced, and has written yet another book, Skinnygirl Cocktails. To promote the book she posed with a copy and posted the picture on Facebook. Her fans are shocked to see her looking so thin.
One fan wrote: “So I love love love Bethenny but I say this in the nicest way…she looks thin in an unhealthy way. I know she is tiny but compared to like her main pic this pic is a bit concerning.” The Skinnygirl Cocktails book includes some of Bethenny’s favorite “guilt-free” snacks.
