The first photo is the most recent: when Alison was promoting Horse Girl, the first film she’d written and produced. She wore a stunning YSL black one-shoulder cut-out dress for the screening with her co-stars Molly Shannon and Paul Reiser. One fan replied: “a circle of iconic friends!”
