On the Ex on the Beach episode “Cam You Feel the Love Tonight,” when Cameron Armstrong’s ex-girlfriend Alexis McNeal washes up on the beach, Cameron is forced to address his awkward living arrangement and his feelings for former NFL cheerleader Geles Rodriguez.
Alexis is a 25-year-old musician from Los Angeles, California. She and Cameron dated for about a year-and-a-half. “We were definitely in love,” Alexis says in a smoking hot black strappy monokini. “I still have a lot of love for him.”
That said, she said she broke up with him a few months ago because he wouldn’t budge on “some deal breakers for me” including living with his ex-girlfriend Ariana!
