Christina Aguilera, the multiple Grammy Award-winning singer and songwriter is preparing for her Vegas residency, The Xperience. To promote the show, Aguilera recently posed for photographer Ellen von Unwerth for The Icon Issue of Galore.
In the photo shoot, the former Voice coach Xtina wears several provocative outfits including a metal chain corset (by The Blondes) with black pasties with crystal-studded guns (by Honey Bardette), and above the elbow leopard gloves (by L.O.C.A.). Aguilera says, “I’m in fun mode now.” When on The Voice, she said she was in “sterile TV mode.”
As Aguilera says of the show: “The Xperience is going to be my most ambitious show yet. Getting to perform in this adult playground we call Las Vegas is inspiring me to bring forth all of my talents in a mind-blowing theatrical experience – song, dance, visuals and uninterrupted high energy.” Her preview pics are blowing minds, alright.
The Xperience Show, which is at Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, opens on Friday, May 31 and ends October 5.
