In the MacGyver episode “Murdoc + MacGyver + Murdoc”, MacGyver’s (Lucas Till) arch nemesis Murdoc (David Dastmalchian) abducts Mac’s girlfriend, Nasha (Sibongile Mlambo), to force Mac to help him rescue his son, Cassian (Brady Bond), from a kidnapper. And if that wasn’t enough, while working together, “a dangerous individual from Murdoc’s personal life” – Amber — shows up and she’s armed.
Amber is portrayed by Sarah Sokolovic. The Yale Drama graduate is known for her roles on Big Little Lies (the wife of the man Reese Witherspoon’s character had an affair with, Tori Bachman), Homeland with Claire Danes (American journalist Laura Sutton, see photo below), and The Good Wife (Mary Jane Heidel), among others. MacGyver airs Fridays at 8 pm on CBS, right before Hawaii Five-0.
