Martin calls realtor Jeannie to take a look and she sends contractor Vlad (guest star Costa Ronin, The Americans) to the house to look at the structural issues Karen discovered.
Realtor Jeannie on Splitting Up Together is portrayed by Jenna Fischer’s former The Office co-star Angela Kinsey. Since The Office, Kinsey has been on Fresh Off the Boat (Amy Chestnut), The Real O’Neals (Sheila DeMars), The Hotwives of Las Vegas (First Lady), and New Girl (Rose), among others. Splitting Up Together airs Tuesdays at 9:30 PM on ABC, right after black-ish and right before The Rookie.
