In the Flipping Out episode “Diamonds Aren’t Forever,” Jeff Lewis clashes with his business partner Julie Grossi, who doesn’t like the fact that they’re “going ahead irrespective of what the cost is.” Jeff argues, “I’m actually investing your money,” which isn’t exactly music to Julie’s ears. But Jeff did persuade his client Heather Madden to spend an extra $3 million on her home renovation, and when he visits her to see the final product, she welcomes him with open arms. It really is a total transformation, inside and out.

Jeff’s client Heather Madden is married to private equity investor Jim Madden, co-founder of Carrick Capital Partners. Prior to that, Madden was CEO of Exult (1998-2004), the human resources BPO (business process outsourcing) company which he brought public in 2000. In 2004, Exult was acquired by Hewitt Associates for $795 million. Flipping Out airs Tuesdays at 10 pm on Bravo, right after Below Deck.
