In the Season 7 finale of Little Women: LA, “Sins and the City,” Tonya Banks hopes to change her daughter’s mind about moving by taking her (and the girls) on a trip to Las Vegas. Meanwhile, Christy Gibel decides to go too and plans to visit her parents.
When her daughter Autumn sees Christy packing she asks why she’s leaving. “Because I miss grandma and grandpa,” Christy says. “And I thought it would be a good time to go to Vegas.” Christy suggests that Autumn come and invite her friend Drew.
When Autumn asks her mom if everything is okay with her and Todd, Christy says, “I need a wife break.” It’s not a surprise to Autumn who admits to hearing them fight “almost every other day.” Christy goes on to tell Autumn (who’s 18, btw) that she doesn’t want her daughter “around that” and “that’s why I’m taking you to Vegas.” Christy says she just wants to lay out by a pool “even though I’m not skinny yet.” It’s been two weeks since Christy’s gastric sleeve surgery and she’s already lost 15 pounds.
