On the Bar Rescue episode “Back to the Bar: The Power of Bacon and Beer,” Jon Taffer revisits two bars he helped turn around — Bacon Bar in Las Vegas (formerly Kerry’s Sports Pub) and The Aging Room at Cirivello’s in Long Beach, California. For the latter, Taffer brings his gorgeous wife of 18 years, Nicole Taffer, with him. He brings her not just to show off but to explain to Bar Rescue fans that Nicole has been with him from the beginning of Bar Rescue. “The one person I couldn’t do any of this without is my wife Nicole,” says Taffer.
Taffer goes on to explain that Nicole used to do all of Taffer’s recon work for Bar Rescue during Season 1. But during Season 2, she had to stop because she was recognized. “I even dyed my hair brown,” Nicole said, but still she was recognized so she stopped. Nicole says her favorite part of doing Bar Rescue recon was meeting the people. “Typically, they’re really nice people just in a bad spot,” she says. Jon Taffer agrees.
