On the Below Deck Mediterranean episode “Hasta Barista, Baby!,” Captain Sandy Yawn orders the crew to drop anchor along the beautiful coast of Ischia, Italy, a volcanic island in the Gulf of Naples known for its mineral-rich thermal waters. While Chief Stew Hannah Ferrier is examining a bull water toy that the guests have brought on board, smitten Bosun Conrad Empson stops by to chit chat with Hannah. Captain Sandy pulls Conrad aside and tells him, “What I need is for you to be more on deck and less about Hannah. Okay, cause that’ll piss me off.” When she walks away she says, “He’s got his nose up Hannah’s butt.”
Meanwhile, Hannah has her hands full with her under-performing Third Stew Kasey Cohen. Hannah says Kasey “can’t do laundry, can’t do cabins, she can’t even make a Bloody Mary.” Hannah takes another look at her resume and suspects that Kasey worked on a booze cruise that didn’t even leave the dock.
