On Tuesday, May 29, America’s Got Talent judges — Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel — reunite with host Tyra Banks for Season 13. In the sneak peek video below, Simon is seen reading Tyra’s new book, Perfect Is Boring: 10 Things My Crazy, Fierce Mama Taught Me About Beauty, Booty, and Being a Boss. He pretends to read an excerpt from the book aloud, “I just didn’t know how good looking and charismatic Simon was in real life.”
Tyra wrote the book with her mama, Carolyn London. According to Perfect Is Boring, “there’s no doubt that Carolyn’s signature mix of pep talks and tough love got Tyra to where she is today.” The book includes their “no-holds-barred sex talks” and 10 things Carolyn taught Tyra about “beauty, booty, and being a boss.” America’s Got Talent airs Mondays at 8pm on NBC.
