In the Blue Bloods episode “Close Calls,” Danny’s (Donnie Wahlberg) screwed-up brother-in-law Jimmy (Kevin Dillon) is back in town. Not only is Jimmy in thick with the mob but he also steals Danny’s credit card. Meanwhile, ADA Erin Reagan (Bridget Moynahan) continues to investigate Anthony’s old partner Lenny Ross, and she gets the help of her father, NYPD Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck).

Lenny is portrayed by Trent Williams. Williams is known for his roles on Chesapeake Shores (patriarch Mick O’Brien), Chicago Fire (Severide’s father Benny), American Odyssey (Col. Stephen Glen), Everwood (Dr. Andy Brown), and in the TV movie A Streetcar Named Desire (Stanley), and the films Smooth Talk (Arnold Friend) based on the Joyce Carol Oates story, and the 1979 musical Hair (George Berger), among many others.
