In the NCIS episode “Keep Your Friends Close,” Vance (Rocky Carroll) orders Gibbs (Mark Harmon) and the team to work with former FBI Agent Tobias “T.C.” Fornell, (Joe Spano). Fornell, who’s now a private investigator, was hired to find a missing Navy commander, who just turned up dead. During their investigation, Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Torres (Wilmer Valderrama) interview convicted investment advisor Albert Hathaway who’s connected to the dead Commander.
Albert Hathaway is portrayed by Kevin Pollak. Pollak is known for his roles on two CBS series Mom (Bonnie’s boyfriend Alvin) and as dermatologist/father/boss Marv in Angel from Hell. Pollak is currently in the Amazon series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Moishe Maisel). He’s also well recognized for his roles in the films Casino (Phillip Green), The Usual Suspects (Hockney), Grumpy Old Men (Jacob Goldman), A Few Good Men (Lt. Sam Weinberg, legal counsel with Tom Cruise with Demi Moore), and in The Whole Ten Yards and The Whole Nine Yards (Lazlo), among others. Pollak is also host of the Kevin Pollak Chat Show podcast, where he interviews funny actors, artists and filmmakers including Tom Hanks, Jenna Fischer, Greg Kinnear, and Bryan Cranston among others. NCIS airs Tuesdays at 8pm on CBS, right before Bull.
