In the Below Deck episode “The Champagne Campaign,” Captain Lee Rosbach is pleased to announce that the crew made $30,000 in tips on their latest charter on Valor. That’s a new record. Divvied up, that’s $2720 each. And that’s just for that charter. Overall, for the season the crew has made $168,000 in tips. On the final night of the charter season, the crew gets a visit from money manager Timothy Sykes.

Timothy Skyes’ claim to fame is turning $12,000 into $4.7 million while traveling the world. The 26-year-old from Connecticut became a self-made millionaire at the age of 21 (while a student at Tulane University), by trading thousands in penny stocks.
