In the Great News episode ‘A Christmas Carol Wendelson,’ Katie (Briga Heelan) braces herself when her mother Carol (Andrea Martin) brings all of her Christmas cheer to the office. While Carol realizes that she and her cheer are driving everyone around her crazy, Katie sneaks out of the office to pick up Chuck’s (John Michael Heelan) estranged son, Petey. Chuck warns Katie that Petey might bite.
Petey is portrayed by Will Sasso. The Canadian-born comedian is known for his roles on Kevin (Probably) Saves the World (Dave), Modern Family (Senor Kaplan), Shameless (Yanis), $#*! My Dad Says (Vince), Less Than Perfect (Carl), and MADtv (as various characters including Kenny Rogers and Bill Clinton), among others. Great News airs Thursdays at 8pm on NBC.
