This week, multiple Grammy Award winner Billy Joel became a father again. The 68-year-old Piano Man and his 35-year-old wife Alexis Roderick had their second daughter, Remy Anne on October 22. The baby came one month early but “Alexis and Remy are doing well,” Joel wrote on Instagram. Their older daughter is 2-year-old Della Rose.
Billy Joel has another daughter, 31-year-old daughter Alexa Ray Joel. (Alexa’s middle name is a tribute to one of Joel’s favorite musicians, Ray Charles.) Alexa Ray’s mother is supermodel Christie Brinkley. Joel married Brinkley when she was 31, in 1985 (the same year Alexa Ray was born). The celebrity couple divorced in 1994. Note: Alexis Roderick is Joel’s fourth wife. Before Brinkley, he married his manager Elizabeth Weber in 1973. They divorced in 1982.
