In the Season 19 premiere episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, “Gone Fishin’,” Fin (Ice-T) puts on his best fedora and travels to Havana, Cuba to catch fugitive rapist Byron Marks (Will Chase). When Fin brings him back to New York to the precinct, Marks tells Benson (Mariska Hargitay), “I look forward to catching up.” He was one of Benson’s first cases. When Benson learns that Marks has a wife in Cuba (Mariela Garriga) she arranges to have her meet one of Byron’s victims, Karla Wyatt, who has a long scar on her face.
