In the TV movie Nanny Nightmare, Lauren Bell (Erin Cahill) has it all — a husband, career, big house, and two children. But sometimes having it all is overwhelming so Lauren hires her neighbor Owen (Jake Manley) to help care for her newborn baby. It seems like the perfect solution until Owen turns crazy obsessive with Lauren and intends to get her detached husband James out of his way.
James Bell is portrayed by Brady Smith. He’s appeared on many TV shows including Parks and Recreation (Grant Larson) and Hostages (VP Jay Grant), among others. Fun fact: Smith is married to actress Tiffani Thiessen (White Collar, Saved by the Bell). They cook together on their reality show Dinner at Tiffani’s on the Cooking Channel (see clip below). Nanny Nightmare premieres on LMN on June 17 at 8pm.
