On Basketball Wives, Jackie Christie, wife of former NBA star Doug Christie, is celebrating becoming a grandmother by throwing herself a “Glamma Party.” There’s some controversy around the celebration which makes Shaunie O’Neal and Evelyn Lozada uncomfortable so they send their regrets. (The controversy involves Jackie’s other daughter Ta’Kari Lee who started a GoFundMe campaign for her 8-month-old son and Evelyn’s donation of $3500.)
Jackie appears on Basketball Wives with her daughter Chantel Christie who had a baby girl with Stacy Davis, an American basketball player with the Cherkasy Monkeys in the Ukraine. The 6’6” tall and 250 lbs. forward says he was a chubby kid but now he’s taking care of his body. (He talks about it in the Herbalife ad video below.) Before playing overseas, Davis played at Pepperdine University where he’s the program’s all-time leading scorer (1,786 points) and second in rebounds (994). He graduated in 2016.
