Great News is the new TV comedy about a cable news show called “The Breakdown” featuring anchors Chuck (John Michael Higgins) and Portia (Nicole Richie). A single woman named Katie (Briga Heelan) is the producer of the show. Her life is turned upside down when her mother Carol (Andrea Martin) works as an intern at the cable station. One of Katie’s co-workers is Justin, portrayed by Horatio Sanz.

Sanz looks completely different from his days on Saturday Night Live with Tina Fey (who is the producer of Great News). After his eight seasons on SNL (1998-2007), he lost 100 lbs. and looks great. Sanz will appear next on the big screen as a young Francis Ford Coppola in James Franco’s film Zeroville. Great News premieres Tuesday, April 25 at 9pm on NBC.
