My 600-lb Life revisits 40-year-old Lupe Samano Donovan and 27-year-old Ashley Dunn-Bratcher. Since the show, both women have lost more than 300 lbs. and both hope to lose more for skin removal surgery but unfortunately both still struggle with dangerous emotions. Although 300 lbs. lighter, Lupe says she still can’t get out of bed, and Ashley believes she is stricken with sudden paralysis of her legs.
