In The Blacklist: Redemption episode ‘Operation Davenport’, while Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold) tries to lock down the city of Manhattan after terrorists escape from prison, Scottie (Susan Hargrave) gets closer to finding her son Christopher (aka Tom) who disappeared when 3. Tom manages to sneak in a clandestine meeting with Susan’s husband Howard Hargrave (Susan thinks Howard died in a plan crash). Tom tells Howard that Scottie found the family who adopted him when a child.
Howard Hargrave is portrayed by Terry O’Quinn.
