On the Season 9 finale episode of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, while Josh Flagg proposes to his boyfriend Bobby Boyd in Paris, Josh Altman gets jerked around by his client Ryan Blair. When Altman meets with Blair to talk about a potential offer on Blair’s house, Blair tells Altman “I have another offer on the table.” Blair explains that there’s a feature film that wants to film in the house. “They’re going to pay me $100,000 for the eight weeks.” That’s a problem for Altman because he can’t show the house with a production crew in it and he’s already invested $20,000 to advertise the listing.

He turned things around at 18, when Blair’s mother’s boyfriend, a successful real-estate entrepreneur took Blair under his wing and gave him a job.
