Kanye West is unpredictable, that’s for sure — no one could argue otherwise. In the business of making music, preaching and surprising people, not necessarily in that order, West — the same guy who said George Bush didn’t care about black people — said during a concert this week that he would have voted for Donald Trump (had he voted at all). Recordings of his admission captured fans booing, a sound West doesn’t hear a whole lot of.
Now concert promoter Live Nation has announced the cancellation of the rest of the Life of Pablo tour dates, West’s current tour that was set to run through New Year’s Eve. West did only a few songs before issuing a wide-ranging rant and walking off stage at his Pablo concert Saturday in Sacramento. Live Nation wrote: “The remaining dates on the SAINT PABLO TOUR have been canceled.” The company assured ticket holders that “tickets will be fully refunded at point of purchase.” The Ticketmaster arm of Live Nation refunded ticket prices from the Sacramento show and you can request refunds for other cancelled shows here.
