On Oprah: Where Are They Now?, Oprah Winfrey interviews legendary rock and roll singer Eddie Money. In the 1970s he played with everybody – The Rolling Stones, The Who, Fleetwood Mac and Steve Miller. Money is best known for his singles “Baby Hold On” and “Two Tickets to Paradise.” He adapted to the new music video culture with “Shakin’” and “Think I’m in Love” but then struggled with drug addiction. He made a comeback in the late 80s with “Take Me Home Tonight.” His most recent album, his eleventh studio album, was Wanna Go Back (2007).
With the cameras rolling, Money, now 67 years old, takes Oprah into his “man cave” where he keeps all of his gold records from around the world. Eddie is also proud of his son Dez Money, who released the single “Take Me Down” (see below). Oprah: Where Are They Now? airs Saturdays at 10pm on OWN.
