There will be a number of stellar performances at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. After receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award, Rihanna will perform at the 33rd annual show held at Madison Square Garden. Another memorable performance will be delivered by Britney Spears and G-Eazy. They’ll perform Britney’s single ‘Make Me…’ from her new album Glory.

G-Eazy (born Gerald Earl Gillum) is the 27-year-old rapper, songwriter and music producer from Oakland, California who released his first album, These Things Happen, in 2014. His second album, When It’s Dark Out, came out in December 2015. Before meeting Britney Spears, he graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans with a degree in Music Industry Studies. That’s one college degree that paid off. The 2016 MTV Video Music Awards will air Sunday, August 28 at 9pm on MTV.
