On The Real Housewives of New York City episode ‘Say It Ain’t So,’ while still in Miami, Bethenny Frankel shows Luann de Lesseps a photo of Luann’s fiance Tom D’Agostino making out with another woman in New York. Luann calls Tom right away and asks him to explain himself, but he says he doesn’t remember.
When Bethenny returns to New York, she relays the scene to Carole Radziwill. “I actually felt bad,” says Bethenny. “But then she [Luann on the phone with Tom] says ‘You do this at the Regency? Where we go together, where people we know go?’” Bethenny concludes: “It was all about the headlines.” Bethenny finds it weird that Luann was focusing on what it looks like, and Luann “doesn’t like how this looks.” Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays at 9pm on Bravo.
