Mob Wives star Angela “Big Ang” Raiola went on the Dr. Oz Show to talk about her stage 4 lung and brain cancer diagnosis. The 55-year-old says doctors have given her a 30 percent chance of survival. In October, she was told she was cancer-free but then in December, she was told the cancer had returned and spread to her brain and right lung.
On Dr. Oz, Big Ang says when she heard the news that it spread: “I was completely devastated. I couldn’t hear what they were saying. … I feel like I went deaf.” She says, “I was like, oh, this is going too fast for me. Now I’m just hysterical.” Big Ang also revealed that she has split from her husband Neil Murphy who she says “never stepped up to the plate.” Mob Wives airs Wednesdays at 8pm on VH1.
