Greg Adler is the President and CEO of 4 Wheel Parts, a global company that sells off-road tires, wheels, parts and accessories for trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and more. For Undercover Boss, Adler disguises himself as “Rusty.” He’s eager to visit one of 4 Wheel Parts’ largest distribution centers. The one in Jacksonville, Florida processes more than $100 million worth ofn product on an annual basis. “I’m interested to see how they’re handling that volume.”
The problem is “Rusty” doesn’t look the part. When he shows up at the distribution center, manager Erin is quick to point out that he doesn’t look right for the job. “He doesn’t look like someone who would work in a warehouse. He looks like he would be going to a country club…he’s wearing some nice jeans.” (She’s wearing a t-shirt, shorts and sneakers.) And then when Adler goes to another location, his identity is compromised. Undercover Boss airs Fridays at 8pm on CBS.
