In the Hawaii Five-0 episode “Umia Ka Hanu (Hold the Breath),” while Chin (Daniel Dae Kim) and Kono (Grace Park) accidentally stumble upon two killers (True Bloods’ James Harvey Ward and Marshall Allman) who hold them at gunpoint, Captain Lou Grover (Chi McBride) travels to Chicago. Grover is determined to get a confession from his old friend Clay Maxwell who killed his own wife.

Clay Maxwell is portrayed by Mykelti Williamson. He’s best known for his TV roles on Justified (butcher Ellstin Limehouse) and 24 (Director Brian Hastings). Williamson is also well recognized for his roles in the films Forrest Gump (shrimp loving Bubba Blue) and Con Air (Baby-O). What’s eerie about his Maxwell character is that Williamson the actor was arrested in 1998 for stabbing his ex-wife Cheryl Chishom’s partner Leroy Edward. He was acquitted due to a hung jury. Hawaii Five-0 airs Fridays at 9pm on CBS.
