On Blue Bloods, a young newspaper reporter named Lorenzo Colt puts on NYPD gear while on a ride-along with Jamie Reagan (Will Estes) and his partner Eddie Jenko (Vanessa Ray). When Lorenzo becomes a target by a shooter, New York City Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) puts his other son Danny (Donnie Wahlberg) and his partner Baez (Marisa Ramirez) on the case.
The reporter is portrayed by Zachary Booth. He’s appeared on many TV shows including Elementary, White Collar, and Law & Order: SVU, but he’s best known for his role on Damages (Michael Hewes) and in the film Nick and Norah’s Infinite Playlist (Gary). You can see him next in the fantasy/thriller series South of Hell with Mena Suvari (American Pie, American Beauty) and Bill Irwin (who also appears on Blue Bloods from time to time as Cardinal Brennan). Blue Bloods airs Fridays at 10pm on CBS.
