Move over, cats; your reign of cuteness on the Internet is coming to an end. At least for today, anyway. Texas retiree Eugene Bostick lives on a dead-end street in Fort Worth where many dogs are abandoned. 80 year-old Bostick and his brother feed and care for the strays, and because Bostick has time on his hands, and because he knows that dogs like to roam around and see the world, he built a doggie train to take them on adventures.
“One day I was out and I seen this guy with a tractor who attached these carts to pull rocks. I thought, ‘Dang, that would do for a dog train,'” said Bostick. “I’m a pretty good welder, so I took these plastic barrels with holes cut in them, and put wheels under them and tied them together.”He can be seen toodling around town with nine stray pups in tow. Do the dogs like going for a ride? Absolutely. “Whenever they hear me hooking the tractor up to it, man, they get so excited. They all come running and jump in on their own. They’re ready to go.”
