Shanice of Flex and Shanice is giving the opportunity of a lifetime to work with Ne-Yo. But the girl is nervous. The idea of singing a melody off the top of her head in front of Ne-Yo freaks her out. In the studio, Mali Hunter and her team gave Shanice a hot track, but Shanice keeps saying, “I don’t know what I’m doing.”
Mali suggests getting Shanice to write more, so she’ll stop saying “I don’t know I’m doing.” Ne-Yo says he’s not worried. “We’re gonna break her out of that,” he says. And he does.
