On Love & Hip Hop Atlanta, Erica Dixon and her lawyer meet Lil Scrappy and his lawyer to talk about their child support agreement. They have a 9-year-old daughter together. Erica claims Scrappy isn’t sticking to their original agreement. “He hasn’t paid child support in two years,” she tells her lawyer. Scrappy says he doesn’t owe anything. (He didn’t think he had to pay when they were engaged and living together.) Neither parent wants to go to court so they try mediation.
Erica’s lawyer quickly turns up the heat when he asks Scrappy if he’s still smoking weed and how’d he feel about a drug test. Scrappy said no problem. And then Scrappy’s lawyer starts talking about having video of Erica doing “shameless things.” Looks like Erica and Scrappy are heading to court.
