Only 2.28 percent of the global male population has an abnormally small penis–with a similar percentage possessing an abnormally large one. So says the data from a survey (published by BJU International) that considered measurements of 15,000 penises from around the world, belonging to men ages 17 to 91. British researchers who compiled the data thought it would help “reassure the large majority of men that the size of their penis is in the normal range.”
Another result of the study–“the first to combine all existing data on penis length and girth”–cast doubt on a common misconception. The study revealed no “convincing correlation” between a man’s foot size and his penis size. As if Jay Z and P Diddy didn’t have enough going for them, they get this bit of good news. TMZ reports both zillionaire rappers “rock a size 9 shoe” while “Big Sean got himself a size 8.” (Big Sean has disputed the size 8 claim.) Average shoe size for a US adult male is 10.5. But it doesn’t matter now.
