On one of the final episodes of the hit TV series ‘The Mentalist‘, a young man named Gabriel Osbourne will test the wits and beliefs of FBI psychic Patrick Jane (Simon Baker). Jane and the rest of the FBI team are vulnerable — they’re still grieving the sudden death of Agent Michelle Vega (Josie Loren). The young man claims to be psychic and offers to assist the FBI with solving some murders. But soon Patrick Jane and Teresa Lisbon suspect that Osbourne might be the person who committed the killings.
The young man playing Osbourne is actor Alex Saxon. He’s known for his roles in ABC’s ‘The Fosters’ (Wyatt), MTV’s ‘Finding Carter’ (Max), and the horror film ‘Compound Fracture’ (Brandon). ‘The Mentalist’ airs Wednesdays at 8pm on CBS. The series finale, co-written by the show’s creator Bruno Heller, will air February 18.
