Bergen is one of the singles on The Amazing Race 26, which premieres February 25, 9:30 on CBS. He lives in California — he works in Human Resources for a tech company in the Bay Area — but he’s originally from Minnesota. That Midwestern charm is still with him.
When asked about being assigned a partner on The Amazing Race, Bergen said: “If we don’t click, heck, we’re gonna work together to get to the million dollars.” That said, Bergen ideally wants to like his partner. Hey ideally he hopes to spend his life with him and the million dollars they win together! Bergen says he’s looking for someone mature, which might be a stretch since he’s paired with Kentucky Kurt who has never had a significant other. But what Kurt and Bergen have in common is a lack of worldliness. Neither of the young men have traveled outside of the US!
