Filmmaker Ron Howard (Frost/Nixon, The Da Vinci Code, A Beautiful Mind, Cocoon, Splash) and his high school sweetheart wife of 40 years, Cheryl, sold their dream home this month. The 32-acre plot in Westchester County New York (which spills over to Greenwich, Connecticut) has a working farm, stables, and a 17,000-square-foot house. The house was put on the market for $27.5 million and that’s exactly what they got for it.
Computer scientist Jim Clark, 70, and his wife, 35-year-old Victoria’s Secret model Kristy Hinze, bought the house. Clark founded several Silicon Valley tech companies including Netscape and Silicon Graphics. Hinze is Clark’s fourth wife. They have two young children together.
