WWE Champion Santino Marella has a role in comedian Larry the Cable Guy’s forthcoming made-for-video film Jingle All the Way 2. Both burly guys will make a guest appearance on WWE’s Monday Night Raw on November 24 at 8pm on USA Network, to promote the video.
The film is a sequel to the 1996 hit Jingle All the Way starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sinbad and Phil Hartman. It grossed $60 million. In Jingle All the Way 2, Larry the Cable Guy finds himself competing for his daughter’s affection with his wife’s new husband. Both try desperately to track down the season’s most popular (sold-out) toy, The Harrison Bear. Jingle All the Way 2 will be released just days after Black Friday–look for it December 2 on Blue-ray, DVD and Digital HD. The sequel is directed by Alex Zamm (Inspector Gadget 2) and produced by Vicki Sotheran (The Hole, 30 Days of Night) and president of WWE Studios, Michael Luisi.
