There is no way that Victoria Gotti, the daughter of late mob boss John Gotti, didn’t talk to a lawyer before appearing on The Real Housewives of New Jersey and dropping the gossip bomb about Teresa Aprea’s husband Rino sleeping with his mother-in-law Santa. (Santa’s husband Sal was serving a 15-month prison sentence related to his construction company at the time, so the story goes.)
Teresa Aprea has been talking to the media, “slamming” Victoria Gotti and accusing her of getting her “two minutes of fame.” But if what Gotti said wasn’t true, wouldn’t the Apreas sue Gotti for slander or defamation? According to RHONJ husband/lawyer Jim Marchese, Real Housewives stars signed contracts banning them from suing each other.
