Web star Cameron Dallas wants to win the 2014 Teen Choice Award in the category of–what else?–Web Star. He’s nominated along with fellow YouTube sensations Tyler Oakley, Troye Sivan, Joey Graceffa, Connor Franta, and Shawn Mendes. To keep pushing his name to the top of the list, he just released a video of himself sneaking up on strangers and blowing in their ears. It’s similar to what the former Indiana Pacer Lance Stephenson did to LeBron James during the NBA Playoffs last year, although when Cameron Dallas does it, no one seems to mind too much.
In his YouTube video “Blowing People Away Literally” many of the “victims” have a good sense of humor. When they turn and discover it’s a handsome young man blowing in their ear, all is forgiven. Of course his fans would love it if he blew in their ears. But Dallas may be more cautious in the future, since one man said, “You should be careful, I usually carry a gun.” But then again nobody in show business ever let a little threat of homocide stand between them and an award!
