A brief but marvelous snippet from the Ryan Reynolds Deadpool movie that was never completed hit the Internet last week. It was blurry but intriguing, funny, and kick-ass. And made you wish it was a trailer for a new release instead of a leak from a dormant archive. Director Tim Miller was clearly onto something. Now there’s an HD version out, which may or may not stay up for long.
Ryan Reynolds plays the popular Deadpool character with humor and aplomb–and incredible strength and speed! The clip even goes out with a great touch: Juice Newton singing “Angel of the Morning.” It’s really awesome–something to show even people who think they may not be into “comic book movies.” Nobody can resist this one.
