Model/actress Molly Sims (Las Vegas) is promoting her new skincare company, YSE Beauty. As seen and heard in the video below, Sims talks about how she experienced cystic acne after having her first child, Brooks, in 2012.
As Sims puts it, “I had it ALL… cystic acne, melasma, dark spots/sun spots and hyperpigmentation. My skin gave me hell for decades.”
When Sims talks on-camera about that moment of frustration, when nothing was helping her skin, she says, “I said, ‘F–k it,'” and started to make her own concoctions to relieve the symptoms. She says it took 1,305 zoom meetings, the exploration of 454 ingredients, and yelling at three kids off camera, to bring YSE Beauty to life.
Sims also talks about the years of research to develop such a line of products that works consistently and doesn’t irritate the skin. She’s so excited about sharing YSE Beauty and receiving her first orders (she holds up her phone as the orders start coming in) that she gets emotional and cries.
She tells her fans “not to worry, we have enough” to fulfill orders and then admits, “I’m a little worried.”
